HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Happy Thanksgiving from "Lealinds Gifts", space 13 at "My Friends and I".   Thank you for shopping in our store we really appreciate it.  Come to "Niles" open house this Friday, "Black Friday" as they call it.  Sales in our shop, check for signs, you don't have to arrive at 3 am to get sale prices,  we stay open on Friday until 8 pm.  Sales all weekend, lots of goodies for your holiday decorating.  Enjoy yourself, bring the kids, for the light parade, starts at 6 pm Friday.  We have lay a way too... Hope to see you, it will be a "Happy Family Friday", not "Black",  who thought of that.  Happy Thankgiving

COOKIE EXCHANGE PARTY

A cookie exchange is a fun way for you and your friends to sample an assortment of delicious homemade cookies for the holidays while only baking one kind.  At  Lealinds Gifts in My Friends and I, space #13, you can pick up one of these "Cookie Swap" party planning booklet.  There are special recipes, recipe cards, invitations, a party planning timeline, and tips on making, baking and packaging.  It's a great way to start the holiday season and enjoy yummy sweets while having a fun time with family and friends.  Here is an easy tip for making drop cookies ahead of time.  With a small ice cream scoop form balls of dough and freeze on a baking sheet.  After they are frozen, put them in a freezer bag and keep in freezer for up to four months.  When you are ready just thaw and bake.  What a great idea!  Have a cookie decorating night with your family, with frosting, gumdrops, and candy sprinkles, YUM!

Thank you to everyone for making our "Open House" a "Merry" weekend.  We enjoyed having you visit our shop, we appreciate your business.  We still have last minute "Halloween" items, to make your party fun.  The shop is ready for the "Holiday Season", come visit space #13, "Lealinds Gifts",  you will find the December issue of "Romantic Homes" magazine.  The shop is dressed for the "Holidays", come in and take a peek, have a cookie on us, enjoy browsing, Santa's helpers are everywhere... Don't forget "Thanksgiving",  you may hear a gobble, gobble, from a Turkey, but don't cook it, just set him on the table center piece for your family to enjoy.  Visit "My Friends and I" for all your "Holiday" needs.  

HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE

Holiday Open House, at "My Friends and I",  will be held on October 23rd, from 6 PM to 9PM, and on October 24th & 25th, from 10 am to 6 pm.  We will be closed starting Monday October 19th thru Friday and reopening Friday evening at 6 PM.  Visit space #13, "Lealinds Gifts, for "Bethany Lowe" designs.  Also, designs by "Seasons of Cannon Falls".  There will be sparkles, glitter, all Merry Goodies!  Come for an evening of fun and surprises, Santa's helpers will be there to help make your shopping a fun experience, come and browse, make a list,  check it twice, have a cookie, start the season Friday evening.
